If you stay at this incredible resort, you and your kids will have a plethora of things to do. Although it’s a bit pricey, it may be worth it for what you get in the way of activities. The activity pool has water slides, a rope swing, rapids, and the world’s only water elevator. There are also waterfalls, caves, Jacuzzis, an infant pool, and a swim up bar where you can order drinks. The Beach offers snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, and more. The resort also boasts a fitness center, spa, golf, and shopping. The entire family will have a ball at this resort as there are so many things to do here. In addition, when you play where you stay, you can enjoy the convenience of everything being in one central location.

Visit Maui Ocean Center

The Maui Ocean Center, located at Ma’alaea Harbor, is open 365 days a year and offers self-paced tours of their incredible collection of marine life. Great for a hot, muggy day, the air conditioned tour offers a nice respite from the heat or rain. In addition, you and your kids will be fascinated by the state of the art marine park. You’ll see sharks, stingrays, green sea turtles, a great collection of tropical reef fish, and a whole lot more, including the nation’s largest display of coral.

A popular Maui attraction, over 400,000 visitors come to the Maui Ocean Center each year. A one day pass for adults is $25 and children ages 3-12 cost $18. Children under age 3 get in for free. If you’re going to be around for a few days or longer, consider purchasing the weekly pass, which is only $4 more for adults and $2 more for children. In addition, residents of Hawaii will receive a discount on the price of admission. While you’re there, you may also want to visit the Seascape Ma’alaea Restaurant or the Maui Ocean Center Store.
